Love the sale on these shades. Had to get them for the pricelove the fit of the boyfriend shape. I have had several Rayban and these fit perfectI bought a pair 10 months ago. They're comfortable and do a good job blocking the sun. However, in only 9 months, the price has increased 75%!! What was a fair price at $115 is not worth it at $200The ones I received feel fake. The arms feel hollow not like the original ones. The plastic is not smooth and feels very cheap.The lenses are polarized and can’t complain about that but these sunglasses are not like how they used to be. I’ll be returning these and purchase a new pair from another source.Okay so....These are legit rays. After many reviews on it's questionable authenticity I decided to make the plunge. When I received them i brought them into a bans store to instantly compare. All is perfectly comparable and authentic (said by manager) except one thing...the creaking. These things creak like no other when opened, touched, moved, even worn. If i made a facial expression they would creak, and the in store compared ones did not. So I asked the manager if I could see a new pair instead of the display models. They obliged and low and behold, the new, authentic Ray Bans from in store creaked as well. Solace.*fast forward a few months*With some regular use my glasses have now broken in and I couldn't force a squeak or creak out of them if I tried. I am pleased with the way these glasses look and...sound...on my face. But I must remove two stars from the review for an unfortunate major reason...I am a 6'4" male with an above average head so these glasses don't look or feel large on my head by any means, in fact it's why I opted for this line of rays due to clubs or classics looking like I am wearing contact lenses with frames. Here in lies the issue. Even though these fit my face very well, the weight of the crystal lens against the plastic arms is so lopsided, that these slide these off my face constantly. To the point that I am sub consciously perching my ears in attempts to hold them up, causing some major headaches while wearing them. God forbid I am sweating in the least bit, these slide down off my face effortlessly. It's frustrating to find ray bans that fit my head yet the balance of the glasses keeps me always having to finger the bridge of the glasses back up my faceGreat look for a larger faceHigh quality glasses with beautiful lense claritybut sadly, poor balance and comfortLet me just start off by saying that as long as your buying directly from Amazon (so sold and shipped by) there should be absolutely no question as to authenticity. I received two of the three pairs I ordered three days ago (one of these, two pairs of Erikas - the third should be coming tomorrow) and they're perfect. After reading various reviews voicing concerns of authenticity, I made sure that under seller I selected the Amazon option for each pair (a few bucks more than some, but still way lower than the RP). I would highly recommend that if you buy through Amazon that you do the same to ensure a hassle-free and worry-free purchase.I first came across these about a year and a half ago after I somehow managed to bend the frames of my Ray-Ban aviators. I have a larger than average head/face, so as much as I like wayfarers and clubmasters, they really just don't look right. I ended up buying them for full price from a well-known online dealer (best known for their large selection of shoes) and was more than happy to do so. They're really a great looking pair of sunglasses. I gave my first pair a beating over the past year and a half, so it was time that they were replaced. Decided to go through Amazon this time around since I basically got these and a pair of Erikas for the RP of these alone. They're identical to my first pair (dimensions, etching, made in Italy) so I am completely satisfied. Amazon has now officially become my new go-to place for sunglasses.I really loved these glasses from first sight, I was SO excited to receive them. I was a bit nervous when I did read some reviews that said people with large heads said they fit great just because I do not have a large head but I figured I would just have to get them and try them and see how it went. SO got them in the mail, again, absolutely LOVE these glasses, authentic glasses, case and cleaning cloth, very sturdy and well made BUT when I wear them and bend forward to say, grab groceries to put in the car, they nearly fall off my face!Now, let me be clear though...I went to a Sunglass Hut in the mall to get some more information on sizing, etc. I was told by the person there that these glasses are really a men's style and they do not come in any smaller size....now I am not the type of person that has lots a pairs of sunglasses, when I like a pair, I wear them everyday, on weekends, gardening, my kids baseball games, everywhere, so it was important to me to have a pair of glasses that don't slide off my face or head and hit the ground (especially when your paying over $100 for sunglasses, I really don't want them getting scratched if I can help it!)Unfortunately, I am returning these glasses, but this was very hard for me because I really do love them! I actually went back and forth with myself deciding if was just going to live with it...but looked online to find another pair of Ray-bans I like, so I purchased the Wayfarer 5140 polarized to replace these.I would not recommend these glasses for woman (or men) with a small-normal sized head as they will likely slide off and end up smashing on the pavement :( BUT if you have a decent sized head and like big glasses look and the feel of polarized lenses, definitely get these, they are wonderful!Ordered on the 18th December. Delivered 19th December using the free "Super Saver Delivery" option. Unbelievable service regarding the speed of delivery....especially at this time of year!!The only reason i didn't rate at full marks was that it was poorly packaged in my opinion. We all know hoe fragile sunglasses can be at the best of times, but it was the standard DVD shaped wrap-around postal carton that Amazon use, with the sunglasses within. (inside their Ray Ban case). The packaging looked pretty tatty and deformed so feared the worst.All being said, there is was no damage to the glasses at all....sweet.Now onto the glasses themselves.I have another pair already, in tortoise-shell, so i knew how good they are before orderingLightweight but sturdy plastic frame, and in both cases clear view gradient tinted lenses.I have big old noggin so the 60mm size is perfect for me.I use these for riding around on my motorcycle when wearing an open-face helmet. The larger lens size keeps the wind out of my eyes quite well, although i can't condone the safety aspect as i believe all Ray Ban's use glass for their lenses. I have found a company in the USA that supplies replacement polycarbonate lenses, so i am going to get a totally clear set for this new pair for night use.One last thing.We all know about the amount of fake Ray Ban's we see all over the internet.I have been fooled into purchasing a pair before on the leading auction site.These, however, on heavy inspection and comparison with my other pair which were purchased on the high street are the real deal, and at at least £30 cheaper than most places i believe i got a good deal.Happy holidays! :)These are hard to get hold of in the smaller 56mm size. They are a very good looking style. Slightly larger than the standard Wayfarer but not as chunky as the 'Justin' Rayban which I also own. Unfortunately the delivery company crushed the parcel through the letter box. Strange as on my orders on Amazon it said I'd signed for the parcel which I hadn't. One of the arms was slightly higher than the other. I telephoned Amazon and said I could return them or get them adjusted by an optician if they would give me a partial refund. Amazon agreed to give me a generous partial refund and I got them adjusted. Amazon's customer service on this occasion was much more impressive than their delivery company! I love these glasses. They are very comfortable and the world seems a happy place through the warm graded brown lenses.A beautiful sunglasses for men!!! I was looking this article for to make a gift at my boyfriend! They are big and have a beautiful color!!! I love this color!!! The sunglasses are arrived in good condition inside the box by Ray Ban and the custody.. unfortunately the packaging was not adequate, in fact the box arrived spoiled.. this not is good for a gift! :( I hope that in future Amazon will do better the packaging!!!I have bought this sunglasses at a great price, in fact, I have saved "something" than buying in the store! My gift has had very success: it was really liked from my boyfriend!!!Good the times of shipping to Italy, but unfortunately my membership to Amazon Prime (on the site UK) was not respected.Hard to find Ray-Bans at a great price!I bought it for £163 from Rayban store. When I checked the Amazon price it was £90 cheaper. Returned and grabbed this one.Same quality and same brand. Also, genuine product.
